Come and visit our Museum

The Museum is situated in the heart of the "Coteaux du Layon" vineyard, in the cellars dating back to the end of the 19th century. It shows the wine growing evolution from the phylloxera crisis in the 1880s to nowadays.

 

The Museum preserves the vine-growing heritage and brings it to people's attention. On 1000 square meters, you can discover the wine grower's job and the secrets of Anjou wine making.

 

- Independent visit : at any time during the opening hours, an audioguide in English explains you all the steps to make wine.

 

- Tasting visit : you begin with an independant visit with audioguide. Then, join the group and the guide to taste wines of Anjou.

Tasting visits dates :

  • from April to November the first an third Sunday of each month à 3.50 P.M.
  • in summer : wednesday, thrusdayn friday, sunday at 3.50 P.M.
