Vine, wine, soil and men…

The Museum, certified "Musée de France", is located in the "Celliers de la Coudraye", a wine cellar with a typical architecture dated to the end of the 19th century.

It is situated in the heart of the "Coteaux du Layon" vineyard, in the village of Saint Lambert du Lattay. It shows the evolution of wine-growing from the phylloxera crisis, in the 1880s, to the 1960s. One of the most important mission of the museum is to preserve the wine and vineyard heritage and to bring it to the people's attention.

On more than 1,000 square meters, you can discover the wine grower universe and all the secrets of Anjou wine-making.
